The truth is that any news we have is in reality 6 months in the making. Boards of all the cobalt plays are conducting private negotiations and being approached by all sorts of entities, but we will never hear any of these until deals have been made. We shouldn't assume that little is happening, just because there is little news. We only see the duck moving through the water, the Board knows about every frantic paddle below the surface.
