Yes, DRC is not politically stable but the capex and operating cost is very excellent for peer to compare, ARL or AUZ 's capex are many many times to sulphide project at same processing capacity. admittedly, It will need longer payback time to cover back this capex.
On the other hand, most sulphide no need laterite's HAPL with autoclave, conventional floatation will process well to battery grade cobalt sulphate with good recoveries. Capex and Operating cost will directly affect future cash flow and profit margin.
