I can't find anyone in ASX has done a scoping or PFS for cobalt only, probably because cobalt is usualy just 'by product' to nickel or copper.
CLQ initially focused on scandium, then nickel, and now its cobalt on the spotlight.
ARL scoping figures look not bad, massive in ground value with Australian largest cobalt resource should send share price much higher, imo.
