Arl is seriously lagging to its quality Cobalt peers. CLQ is making new high again, looking very strong. Many other small ones are also in the green.
I believe in one thing, the more suppressed we are now, the higher we will go in the future. Vol is almost completely dead. When next wave arrives, we should be going somewhere between $1.2-$1.5 easy from here.
