    The value of the assets should be going up more than the management fees (although this is hard to say as there is not enough transparency on fees). Morningstar says Australia is behind in the rest of the world for disclosures and fee transparency for listed funds. We are in a property boom and we are sitting on some serious assets. Money is cheap and asset prices should continue to go up.

    Wang, Li and Liu may have paid a 30% premium to the share price. That is still more than a 40% discount to nta.

    At the moment the share price shows management are looking after themselves and not considering smaller shareholders. That's already priced in. Some fair actions by management could easily boost the value of our shareholdings. Its a pretty good risk / reward for someone who has patience.
