Or does management want the shares to trade at greater than a 50% discount first to be more opportunistic? As they sit back and do nothing the discount after all seems to get wider. Why rush when you can probably clip some unknown fees in the related party funds on the way, and revisit the idea mentioned at a later date, potentially when the discount is greater?
