Regardless of the long term outlook for iron ore prices, if this is a DSO deposit at this size, near surface, with open access to rail and port infrastructure at the door - its hard to see how it wouldn't be very valuable.
For example the Kami iron ore project, also in the labrador trough, and that Hebel just bought 25% of for C$180 million, is magnetite and requires beneficiation.
Mamba on the other hand may have DSO grade hematite here - in large quantities and from surface - a massively more valuable type of deposit.
