As i have said before that the share price will most likely open lower but won't stay at that level for very long. I've only been in the share market since 96 so I don't fall in love with any stock. I have no doubt that the fundamentals of this stock are fantastic with full confidence in JK and management to take this to a whole new level. He's track record stands for itself, if you are going off the innuendo and untruths about JK you should not be in the market. Asx has not delisted this company so that tells me that they want them to change several procedures the way they disclose information, so what a fine for this and back to growing the business. This share was 15c last year, to a high of $1.76 this does not happen for no reason. As you say lets see what comes out of the court case, just remember this is a PROFITABLE company, not a start up.
