I found the website (8horse posted somewhere) detailing some information in regards to this dinner event held in HK and some of the other members who will be attending. There is a man called Dr. Tim Sun, Chairman of the Hong Kong International Mining Association (HKIMA).
He's also the Chairman of "Overseas Mining Investment Net" http://www.ominet.com/- Overseas Mining Investment Net provides the fund raising service for overseas mining projects from Chinese investors.
