the ability of the asset to strongly influence or dominate future pricing and volume in lithium and tin. No peer on the market can do this....

The upside production case. In 10 years is production 20-40 Mtpa with AVZ kicking out small higher cost hard rock and some crap brine plays? Again no peer on market...However the buyer only paid for 5 Mtpa....

Comes back the ability of management and timing.
