Definitely a lot going on in the DRC with civilian unrest but the capital is a long long LONG way away from Manono. Can’t see this being an issue to stop drilling if they’ve already arrived on site, but may seriously delay those sample being sent to the places they need to go + deter foreigners.
Still, upside is too great for me to resist.
