Very insightful, but actually you're wrong. Last time I checked they were a substantial holder with a whole lot of options to increase their percentage ownership.

My point being we have a partner who has tonnes of experience mining in the DRC and getting mines up and running in under 12 months who is keen to get this thing going asap. Why not utilise their strengths and get on the same page to create much more value for shareholders...
