Based my research and personal understandings, Chinese companies would be more than happy to pay up to 50c based on current progress of the project. At 50c, is just around $1.1b which was similar to what TianQi Lithium paid for Talison (100% Greenbushes) back in 2012 where lithium price was at a quarter of today's price. Although AVZ's at exploration stage and its resource is not JORC defined, but over 70 years historical data and recent exceptional drilling results, are confident enough to estimate current exploration targeted resource, also tin by product would be huge.
Chinese do not care about DRC, probably not exploration target either. If it is cheap enough, they will onto it, imo.
