One message from China 19th congress: The gov will by all means to have environment protected.
This has lead to:
All iron ore refining/steel factories will be down till next Jan( air&water pollution)
And MAYBE similar factories will be encouraged to be built overseas.
For avz the distanced location from coast concerned me coz it will cost a fortune to transport then ship away, now it seems building a nearby factory is more realistic.
