    On track to become the largest private training and education provider in NZ with the acquisition of Quantum Education Group

    revenue expected to be between NZ$60m and NZ$62m
    and pro forma EBIT is expected to be between NZ$19m and
    NZ$21m, plus earnings from two smaller and highly profitable businesses

    Puts it on about 7x historical EBIT with significant upside from organic and acquisition growth, synergies and operational intitatives

    Dividend policy of approx 70% of NPAT
