That report was from 2004, probably outdated by later reports after further testing and assessment on extraction recovery rates.
Even the last paragraph from the 2004 article confirmed that by means of variable different recovery technique's that extraction percentages for both Gold and silver at Maverick Springs were averaged at around 80%.
So seems whatever that 25% mention were about is somewhat a misnomer compared to actual achievable extraction results.
