My 20 minutes of due diligence on this one;
Buy a discovery for USD4m and give 3.5m shares (from an entity with a MC of circa USD15m - and rates this asset below their top 4 assets as a minimum). IPO the asset in a different jurisdiction that the punters know nothing about the asset (and market through pump channels).
New MC of AUD60m (ie. already worth more than the company they bought it off that thought it was worth little) and everyone convinced it should be worth AUD300m++
Well done to the management team for cashing in nicely (looks like $4m not paid yet so not sure they've even had to put the cash up).
