The lowest the SP got to last week was $0.135. If you're bullish on approval and what the SP would do in the near term if approved, then it matters little if you buy shares at $0.135, $0.15 or even a little higher. Approval would certainly see a SP spike (I'd be super happy to see it close to $0.30, but the market can do funny things so there is a lot of variance around this price), but the 'mining investment cycle' history below shows that you then see a slow build in SP from the time of mining approval to when you dig out the first ounce of resource as there will be a lot of build time and of course financing needed to happen for that to occur - probably 2 years.
