Yes. Agreed and as I had previously stated it will be Project Financed and it would be a proportion by the board as to the most efficient allocation of capital between debt and equity.
I would like a 60/40 split. Which would mean we need to raise say $120Million. Approx 300 million shares if done at 40c.
But we are getting ahead of ourselves. Let’s first obtain approval before speculating on the mix of debt/equity. There is still lots of work ahead.
