No, this is wrong imho.
They are looking for more info on whether the Dam forms part of the overall water take and whether or not it is subject to the Water Management Act, therefore potentially requiring a licence to use it.
It does not detract from the fact that SVL have current Water licences in place and they can use it any time they want, right now.
