That's not what I said at all.

The stock is overvalued in a big way for a few reasons:

- they don't own or have any share in Mt Carbine
- they don't have any drill assyays
- they don't have any reserves or resources
- they don't have any financing or any sort of jv
-what DO they have???

at a market cap of 10-20 mil those kind of unknowns are acceptable - you expect the share price to pick up as they are sorted out. At current market cap I can't see any upside even if assays are good.

Its overvalued - thats all.
