Has any one hear bought a business........ a property........ bought options.......

You don't go and start work on something to then not come to a realistic price.... Its bought and sold at fair value, The Nicolson group want a good return on their asset.

The sale will be done in 1 of 2 ways.

1) Cash plus Royalty
2) Cash & Stock & Royalty.

They will get the lease and business for fair market value and will get a royalty for the life of the mine or possible up to a set figure like 2% of sales up to $10m..

My thoughts are the deal is done and just needs sign off. Our Malaysian friends would have had discussions with John about an agreed purchase price before buying up the new shares and the market knows that. Thats why we have seen the price hike in the share value and the smart ones know that theres more to come........
