Not a long enough time frame for a cup & handle in my opinion, but of all the crazy TA theories & indicators, a C&H has some real merit when you consider the psychology of what is at play. It really just 2 big FOMO events in slow motion.

The LRK chart is a real trend is your friend play isn't it... at $4.90 this am (on very low volume the last few days) it is sitting in the middle of the uptrend and the $5 resistance is about to again be tested. the share price pull backs are mostly on low volume and looks like weak retail hands, they are getting snapped up by instos and funds who can see the 2-3 yr picture (again IMHO)

Despite all of that, this stock is ripe for manipulation, even if we see a good qtly, may see some funny business go on (just like the annual result, which saw $5.25 on a great report but got hammered afterwards)... I have a sneaking but obviously unverifiable suspicion that this was manipulative price action and no fault of the company, just a symptom of having such a tight register... Have a look at all the volume sub $5.00 after the stock traded strongly above $5.00 in the morning of the report... Maybe manipulating is a bit harsh, taking profits when volume is around, and accumulating ever since...
