So something really interesting just struck me
larkspur are suing JK to get what they say are their fair share of the infamous performance shares .
larkspur is a guy called David Edmonds and Ian Tetro
i don’t know if they should or shouldn’t get them, I have no opinion
but after today’s chop up of JK, we know that the ATO has issued a giant whopping tax bill attached to the issue of those performance shares
and we know that Isx shares are pretty much worthless as u can’t trade em and the business is going sideways at best and JK is about as popular as a nuclear power plant in Chernobyl
so what on earth are larkspur doing???
suing JK to get shares which they can’t sell but carry a tax liability?
well that makes no sense.
who wants to bet that Larkspur will drop their legal action - talk about the ultimate lose lose - win the case to get illiquid shares that carry a lax liability
!!!!
hahahahaha what idiots !!!
