Ignoring the charts and panic selling, not really seeing any issue here other then a chance to buy at a cheaper price. If nobody goes to the shopping centers in fear of a virus do they just stop shopping? They buy online, and the more online buyers the more chance zip is going to be part of those transactions, if anything they will see an upturn in transactions due to this.
