The timing could not be better, don't ya think ... it's like rain-e-ain (lol) ... oops again ... NLN!

Think outside the square and although some may consider this spin I believe we can now place some fact even if unannounced.

Recently Unilife announces a structured facility to ascertain current cash equivalents as at 'their best interests' (on their terms and conditions), Cantor Fitzgerald being the mediator. This does 'two' very important things (a) eliminates manipulation / sensitive pricing (recently seen in the CR) (b) cements any notion of Unilife not being able to meet their financial requirements to the number of pharmaceutical companies they are currently deaing with.

Now more BD staffing additions wth LT experience ... "HELLO" ... when you are at senior levels as such you do not up and leave for the sake of up and leaving!!! There must now be a belief that Unilife is going to take market share and be a driving force come the near future, if not 'Why would someone at this point in their career jeopordise everything you have worked for'? Might be a simple approach BUT this is human nature, at the end of the day there are very, very few individuals that take care of others before themselves ... especially in the US.

Now the roadshow is more so an opportunity to liaise with these new members rather than the products themselves in my opinion, I believe the products by now would have caught onto professionals within these fields - the big shot names now become important. You are not just dealing with a company BUT dealing with a company who has a wide array of specialists in their field.

There seems to be a lot thrown around here about AS / Ramin being in Europe, true or not we are all well aware that there is now a fairly definitive time-frame - Dec. 31st. As I have always said institutions will take larger risks and larger positions about 2 to 3 months prior to contracts being completed. The world works in interesting ways when it comes to stocks, and yes it is all manipulated - for those of you who think otherwise and believe we are all considered equal 'you are wrong'. My bet would be 'confidential or not' entry by institutions who have links to any of the major pharma who are likely doing deals will Unilife will take entry before mainstream.

As we are currently trending at the bottom the time could be very close, in fact it could well be next week.

As always time will tell, sometimes falling knives are like bungy cords?!
