i had first generation Lasik and it wasnt that great in terms of results and pain, things have improved a lot though since way back
My eye is a funny prescription now due to ageing changes and the optometrist was suggesting 3 different pairs of glasses - short, medium and long distant viewing...sheesh
in about a couple of years time I reckon I will have no choice but to re-sculpt my eye with current generation lasers , for now though I can get by with my old glasses, just cant read any really fine print unless I hold it at a distance
