The other way to look at the laser issue is the opposite.
If EOS has the technology to make a laser for communication require 1/1000th the normal power - then the reverse might be true.
A laser built for weaponry suddenly becomes 1000x more powerful at the target either on the ground, air or space.
This has been the great restriction on laser weaponry - larger lasers requiring more energy. But what EOS has done is made existing lasers 1000x more efficient with the same power output.
This is not just about communications it is a critical element in making lasers effective weapons.
Though as simple shareholders we are unlikely to ever hear about that.
