    ARR has to get some of these receivables in soon. It is hard to believe a telecom company that is associated with the Indian gov't would be allowed to operate like this. Can't see india's growth continuing if they run national businesses like that.

    i don't think we will ever hear from ARR whether they are supplying Mitsu, because they aren't. The new Necsel company (of which ARR is a shareholder) will be supplying to Texas, who supply Mitsu.

    Firstly, ARR wouldn't need to make announcements about Necsel as they only have a minority shareholding. They are not running the company. I don't know the ASX rules that well, but i haven't seen BHP make announcements about companies they own 10% unless it's a change in sub holding.

    here's hoping they are using Necsel lasers. here's hoping we get at least $20mil from the Indians.
