Yes - I think SFE is the way to go for the next year. Volatility in the markets and interest rate uncertainty are all good for sfe.

TWR - yep this is a turnaround. I know the mob at guniess peat and they rarely get it wrong. Only wish I got in much earlier with them. Besides on a TA basis TWR looks like covering the gap to 2.25 odd.
