I no we have come a long way ..... however I thought I would look at our Companies capital base since our new Chairman has come on board 2 and a bit years ago.
Interesting Facts.
1) On 3 March 10 (the day before our new Chairman's announcement) our Share Price was 9.2c and we had 91,940,987 shares on issue - Market Cap $8.55m
2) Share Issues since our new Chairman have: - Raised circa $14.1m - Ave issue price of circa 8.5 cents 3) Issued Shares = up 180% to 257 million (180% Dilution) Market Cap up to $30.84m (up 260%)
4) Share Price up 30% or 2.8c to 12c
5) Our Chairman has purchased 31.52m shares (12.3% of the Company or 19% of issued shares since his commencement via these placements).
6) Our Chairman via his purchases has underwritten our future to date.
We owe our Chairman many thanks however it is about time others pull there weight and the Companies management ensures others believe in us.
