I am definitely on the glass half full side on this one.

Only because they have excluded shareholders from the get go.

What could share holders gain from Mirabela being more than arrogant , a little sanity in a tough time, brought on by executives running up debt till they choked on their own greed.

That's all, a little sanity, because the market is suspended so no one can trade on the information.

I am hoping it's all forgotten in the celebration of tomorrow's news
