I tend to lean towards this scenario DD. 20% is still a fair slice of holdings so their position and input on the opening SP would certainly need to be considered IMO. Worst case scenario, if the SP is severely diluted I would expect a steady move upwards over the coming weeks due to the rising price of Nickel and the fact that the closing SP of $0.016c several months ago was due to concern over the future of MBN rather than the real value of the stock (which you also mentioned recently).
