But, if you are talking "safe-haven" type investment in stormy weather, rrs doesn't get too many ticks from me.
Its low on capital, all eggs in one basket, geo-political risk to the max even according to management.
So I don't really get where you are coming from.
If you are saying it could sky rocket and outperform other stocks, then yes it could, but that would be a huge form reversal.
