    AND the 200 million new shares can come with free 2016 options.

    That way, the 10 cent shares can be sold for say an average of 15 cents each (Easy 50% profit) and the lucky sod can be free carried in range just in case anything ever eventuates in Puntland.

    How good is that?

    Real good.

    And its been done before, worked an absolute treat.
