The 'make a wish foundation' makes some sense.
It is nonsense however, if you look at RRS in a multidisciplinary approach.
The make a wish foundation primarily demonstrates what parties have benefited so far.
When you look at the cost factors required for such a large project, it does make sense that funds have been accounted for. Conspicuous spending has been evident perhaps due to greed and inherent development factors.
The risk factor appears to be have declined marginally.
Also, holders have a unique way of measuring significance indicators which is what differentiates them from those who believe that they will be better off investing elsewhere.
