That rating is based on the company books, the management team, the track record and potential.
The books show that rrs has little cash at hand, track record shows ridiculous cashburn, massive payments to many consultants, mega dilution, a manipulated share price and a pally shorter who made big money shorting the stock while getting paid as a consultant. How good is that?
Anyone who is "happy" about the way the co has been managed is on the winners list posted above.
I can accept that some people think that the Puntland project has heaps of potential, that's reasonable.
For people to argue that management have done a good job so far is ridiculous imo.
Is it absurd to expect good management of a publicly listed company?
