One of the things I have observed over the years on the ASX..partic small cap, so called "hi growth stocks" is that a loose share registry tends to (how shall I put it) "get abused" by the broker big end of town...
Are we witnessing here a classic pump and dump?
IMO companies should only issue capital to shareholders who genuinely value and want to be long term holders of the growth story...
In other words capital should only be raised via exclusive RR issues...
Otherwise the extra shares is just akin to "printing more fiat" and the sort of thing we are seeing now is the end result...
I'd be interested in the facts, as well as others opinions - as this will help me pick a solid entry point...
