the sophs in this raise won’t have their shares yet, it would have to be existing holders who took up the raise selling. Given it will be so oversubscribed they won’t be able to sell all of their shares, maybe some. But in such a tight register holding there won’t be tonnes of “loose” holders who are willing to sell in the hope it gravitates to the raise price where they can buy back. Not with the war chest and assays coming. I will be very surprised if there is much sell pressure at all that isn’t absorbed easily.
