If Min (17 b) takeover PMT (2b), then they have shortchanged PMT shareholders, several bags.
What is MIN going to do with it ? could they add 5-8b say on their books over time ?, not even a bag to them.
Now look who's smiling. Who is going to give its shareholders the many bags ? WR1
We need to fend off any similar takeover scenario.
There are 10 plus bags in WR1, and they are ours. Not to fatten a major, to less than a bag.
