I have noted previously there have been two loans granted by Jinan in last two weeks.
Overall there seems to be two categories of loans being approved by Jinan.
CATEGORY 1: Loans amounts previously approved by Jinan shareholders, that are then executed
CATEGORY 2: New loans, which then go to the shareholders for approval.
Over the last week there has been one Category 1 loan and one Category 2 loan approved. The Category 2 loan went the Jinan shareholder who certified the decision today. I believe the Triton loan is in Category 2. I believe the document outlining the shareholders approval today will provide insights into how the Triton loan will probably play out if approved. Therefore I have attached the link to this document below. Someone else will need to translate the document.

That of course is only my speculation.
