I completely agree with Fallguy's summations.
If you go through their financials, read a few other reports that have been released recently, it is pretty clear to see that Stockdoctors report is way out of date. They have not been making huge losses as you imply. Even last Quarter they did not post a large loss.
One of the things that did change alot was the way corporate US had to comply with the GAAP accounting rules. This has helped to show the true worth of a company rather than hide behind company options for directors and etc.......In other words, Looksmart is showing complete transparency. I am amazed that Stockdoctor can even justify that report and unfortunately people pay for their service rather than do the hard yards.
