at some point shares will get consolidated. after that SP will come out from penny stock and start moving up with the big boys. we need SP to get up before this happens. all are waiting for the news. at the moment SP trading below what they offered to sophisticated investors. if this trend continues, sophisticated investors not going to buy again. they will wait and from the market after a CR .
from the management it was bad time they did the CR and then didn't had positive news to go with that.
I can see bright future with OVT. time will tell.
