I doubt they waved any sort of carrot, this was a business transaction nothing more to it.
Timelines are just wish lists, don't be surprised if no plan appears this Q, even if it does appear, what's to say they don't do another CR in Feb to coincide with next due Q.

Still no updates on validity of existing infrastructure being capable of processing anything greater than the handful of users they had in MY. Which l recall they pulled up stumps on?
