How is FFG going to be cashed up ? Announcement states that is a cash and script deal but later in the announcement, it states that FFG would net USD 3.17 mil in MC Payment shares, and doing the calculations that FFG holds 17% of iFashion, USD 3.17 mil is our share of the deal. I don't see FFG going to be receiving any cash component. Assuming MC Payment shares can be successfully listed in Singapore, this process would process be another 6 -12 months away. So far the management has talked the big talk but very little tangible results.
FFG should be viewed in its entirety and not just hype. We deserve better.
