    Yep, though the media headlines do not help the punters to understand what the merger offer means.

    It is not $4.52. It is a percentage share of a merged entity- that might have a particular value on a given day given the STO share price.

    But for me it is a share in oil assets that I expect to increase in value as the sector recovers.

    All good.
