well my theory is that if you can get a uranium stock that will be more likely to be mined then you will get even bigger returns(paladin?)
Not only will u get increases due to resources ,but also production and in theory retirement from the divvies
another one to look at is EVE- they are in zambia so the regulation/enviro approvals process is quick! Aussie govt's are a real pain in the ass, i am experiencing that with TZN right now(and thats a zinc mine)
hence i hold a lot of african assets: ALB EVE BMN ERN EQN i believe that strategy will work long term too
