Please excuse Peri and I while we blabber on about how incentives should be tied to meaningful metric instead of stock price, which can be influenced by deals that we HOPE (and are told) will generate robust margins and revenue. Call us crazy for thinking maybe the incentives should be tied to what we're told will happen (i.e. robust margins and revenue). It blows my mind why shareholders in any company would want anything less than incentives tied to the metrics that guarantee what is promised is delivered in order for wealthy management to receive additional fat bonuses.

So you want incentives to be linked to " robust margins and revenue ". Don't you think that the share price will reflect those items very closely ? I do.
