All it takes is the balance to tip It should swing upwards fast once the onslaught of 0.3 cent goes over the crest. There are plenty of buyers, just the short but big burst of 0.3 cent sellers. I also expect more analysis from 3rd parties on the sampling results that will drive more buying interest.
