As I see it the reason for the low raise price is a bit circular and goes like this. WRM were at and all time low and the announcement of the high anomaly raised no interest and even SFR dropped out of the earn in JV. Then out of nowhere the investment by big names occurred and that is what ignited interest in the company and the sp took off. The raising couldn't have been done higher as the sp was so low. The big surprise is them taking 10m in the spp when 1.5m was the stated amount to be raised.
